Refund & Cancellation

Projects begin once the agreed advance payment is received. The advance reserves capacity and covers work performed from that point.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, amounts covering work already completed and any non-recoverable third-party costs are non-refundable. Any balance not yet earned is returned.

If ZunovAI is unable to continue a project, work completed to that point is handed over and any payment received for work not performed is refunded.

Maintenance and SEO plans run monthly and can be cancelled with notice as stated in the proposal. Fees for a month already begun are not pro-rated.

Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions, paid applications, premium themes and plugins and similar third-party costs are not refundable by ZunovAI and are subject to those providers' own terms.
