Question 1

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Every service has a starting price on the pricing page, shown in your own currency. What you pay in the end depends on scope, functionality and requirements, and we confirm it in a written quotation before any work begins.

Question 2

How does page-based pricing work?

Accepted Answer

The page range gives us a baseline to plan against. Functionality, design complexity, integrations and timeline move the final number, and we tell you which of them apply to your project.

Question 3

How long does a website take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope, how ready your content is, how quickly you can give feedback, and what functionality you need. We agree the timeline with you during planning.

Question 4

Do you work internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with clients across major international markets. Everything — scoping calls, quotations, delivery and support — runs in English, and prices are shown in your own currency.

Question 5

Do you work with startups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build startup websites, online stores, web applications, mobile applications and redesigns.

Question 6

Do you build Shopify stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we build stores, customise themes, write Liquid, build custom sections, integrate apps and redesign stores that already exist.

Question 7

Do you work with WordPress?

Accepted Answer

Yes. WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce are core services for us.

Question 8

Can you redesign an existing website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Redesign is a service in its own right, and it usually costs you less than an equivalent new build because your content and structure already exist.

Question 9

Can you build booking systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build booking into your website or web application rather than selling it as a separate product — service selection, time slots, customer details, confirmation, and deposits if you take them.

Question 10

Do you provide SEO?

Accepted Answer

Yes — technical and on-page foundations, Search Console setup, metadata, site structure, and local SEO where it applies to you. We run it as a defined monthly service.

Question 11

Do you build web applications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We price them mainly on screens, features and technical complexity.

Question 12

Do you build mobile applications?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build Android and iOS applications.

Question 13

Can I purchase design only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can scope and deliver UI/UX on its own — wireframes, screens and a handover file your own developers can build from.

Question 14

Can I purchase development only?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the designs and requirements are complete enough to build from. We will tell you honestly if they are not.

Question 15

Do you provide maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Care plans run monthly, and six-month or twelve-month terms cost less per month. What is covered depends on the size of the site and the level of support you need.

Question 16

How does a project start?

Accepted Answer

We start once we have done discovery, agreed the scope, you have approved the quotation, and the advance payment has reached us.

Question 17

Are domain and hosting included?

Accepted Answer

Not unless the proposal says so. Deployment help is included where specified, but the domain and hosting bills stay in your name — which is where they belong.

Question 18

What happens if the scope changes?

Accepted Answer

If you add requirements or the scope moves significantly, we send you a revised quotation before carrying on.

Question 19

Do you provide post-launch support?

Accepted Answer

We include some post-launch support when the proposal says so. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance runs as a separate plan.
