• Estimator selections, so a quotation can be prepared against the same assumptions you saw.
• A country and currency preference, stored in a cookie so prices display correctly.
• Standard server logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.

Enquiry data is used to respond to you, prepare a quotation and deliver work you engage us for. Country and currency data is used only to display the correct pricing table. Server logs are used to keep the site available and to rate-limit abusive submissions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising.

Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and contractual records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This site uses an IP geolocation lookup and a currency exchange-rate service to display regional pricing. Email is delivered through an SMTP provider. Where a project involves third-party platforms — Shopify, WordPress, payment gateways, hosting — those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
